For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, re-entry is not permitted. Please ensure you have everything you need before entering the venue.

Gates generally open 90 minutes before the concert begins. However, times may vary depending on the event. Please check your ticket confirmation for specific gate opening as gate times are subject to change.

Yes! Our Box Office open one hour prior to doors. Keep in mind that tickets usually cost more at the door. If you’d like to purchase tickets online, please visit our ticketing page here.

Tickets are send directly to your email in a confirmation message immediately after purchase. Tickets can then be added to your phone or print at home to scanned electronically at the entrance.   Please bring a valid ID for verification.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, and events proceed rain or shine.

In the case of a rescheduled event, your original ticket will remain valid for the new date. If the event is canceled, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method.

Allow ticket buyers to transfer their tickets to another ticket buyer

NO! Outside food and beverages are prohibited. A variety of local and regional food and beverage vendors are available inside. Come early to eat, drink, and find your spot!

Security personnel are present for your safety. All bags are subject to search. Prohibited items will be confiscated. Cooperation is appreciated to ensure a smooth event experience.

Ample parking is provided at designated lots. Avoid parking in unauthorized areas.

A selection of local and regional vendors is available. Check out unique merchandise, handcrafted goods, and more to enhance your experience.

Clean and accessible restrooms are located throughout the venue. Handwashing stations are provided for your convenience.
